Step 1 – Remove mud and dirt
Start by removing loose sand, mud, and other dirt. Rinse your bike with water, but avoid a hard jet of water around bearings and other sensitive parts.

Afterward, rinse your bike with clean water.

Step 2 – Clean and degrease your drivetrain with Bionet

Step 3 – Dry your bike thoroughly
This step is easily forgotten but is especially important after a wet ride.
Use a clean microfiber cloth to dry the frame and components. Pay extra attention to areas where water tends to collect.
The drivetrain must also be completely dry before applying new chain lubricant.
Step 4 – Choose the right chain lubricant
After cleaning and degreasing, you need to re-lubricate the chain. Which chain lubricant is best for you depends on the weather, your bike, and how you want to maintain your drivetrain.
